Movies in the Park 2023

Movies in the Park 2023 season July 22nd and August 12th at Sequoia Park

Movies in the Park returns on Saturday, July 22nd, 2023

The Humboldt-Del Norte Film Commission invites you to come to Eureka’s Sequoia Park for the 2023 season of Movies in the Park outdoor movie screenings. This summer will feature a kid’s classic from the 90’s as well as a studio film that shot in various local sites, including Fern Canyon. Can you guess what they are? To find out more details on the movies that will be playing, including a brief synopsis, visit our website.

The free event starts at 7:00 PM with music provided by Radio Paradise, followed by cartoons, and then the feature film starting at dusk, around 8:45 p.m. on Saturday, July 26 at 3550 W Street in Eureka. The public is encouraged to dress warm and find a place on the lawn for blankets and lawn chairs. Feel free to bring snacks to enjoy while watching the film.

Our second feature will wrap up the season on Saturday, August 12th, 2023.

The Film Commission would like to thank its community sponsors this year: City of Eureka, Redwood Capital Bank, Coast Central Credit Union, Mid City Motors, Harper Motors and Radio Paradise.
