The Redwood Region expects all film productions to follow the State of California Film Guidelines, the State Masking Order of California, and the CAL/OSHA guidelines.

The following jurisdictions require a film permit for public and private property—

County of Humboldt (includes all unincorporated towns)
City of Eureka
City of Arcata
City Blue Lake
City of Fortuna
City of Ferndale
City of Rio Dell
City of Trinidad
